| Hey Everyone! This is my favorite time of the year! It's a time to wrap up all the loose ends and then spend some time asking myself the "Why" questions. I also spend some time organizing the next year and thinking about ways to spend more time doing the creative and strategic work that I enjoy. I've found that it's easy to spend 99% of my time handling the operations and day to day tasks so now I structure my time before the messes happen and this frees me from that "janitor" type role of cleaning and allows me to stay focued on creating!
